How Then Shall We Vote?: Episode 4

October 3, 2016

Today we talk about the upcoming election and how we should vote, from a Biblical worldview. The presidential election has become the focus of the 2016 election, but we want to consider the implications of the state and local elections as well. We discuss good citizenship and whether or not there is even a Biblical mandate to vote.

What about after the election? How can we help encourage a spirit of peace among believers, regardless of the outcome? Part of the gospel is affirming to each other that Jesus will return and restore all things!

We also revisit the Colin Kaepernick national anthem issue to discuss a thought-provoking question from one of our listeners. – What if this were a story of Tim Tebow taking a stand against abortion? How would the church respond?
